Mill Harbor, located in Bergen Beach, Brooklyn, had been directing their marketing campaign to a single demographic and sales were flattening. 4 Elbows was retained to refresh the marketing materials and to open up the advertising campaign to a wider audience. By mixing traditional media with billboards, direct mail and event sponsorships, 4 Elbows was able to dramatically increase the flow of visitors to Mill Harbor’s on-site sales center.
