Overview

Marcel is a bakery and kitchen shop that offers healthy cuisine made with seasonal and locally sourced food and prepared with a Mediterranean focus. The 4 Elbows team worked with Marcel’s owner and executive chef, Meny Vaknin, helping him build his brand from the ground up. From logo design, color palette, custom graphics, to website design; 4 Elbows helped Meny set up the foundational tools to launch his brand.

In 2020, 4 Elbows helped Marcel adapt to public health concerns and local regulations changing the way people experienced dining. 4 Elbows created a new e-commerce site for takeout and delivery options, and worked to communicate digitally with Marcel’s customers.
