Overview

After the success of 255 Columbia and 324 Twenty, 4 Elbows was hired by the same developer to create a campaign for this condo project in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. The 4 Elbows team worked together with JBS Project Management and Compass Marketing to deliver a whole branded presence and marketing campaign. Deliverables spanned from creating the brand system; designing and developing the website; designing printed and digital floor plans; shooting neighborhood photography; and directing and producing a promotional video. Project highlights also included creating a custom illustrated neighborhood map that was included in printed plans as well as an interactive map on the website.
