A private developer combined several spaces in the historic American Thread building and created a “white space” ready for a buyer to add their personality. In order to make this task not too daunting for the buyer the developer assembled a team comprised of 4 Elbows, a real estate marketing company and Cagley & Tanner, a Las Vegas Interior Design Firm to realise his vision. We worked with the architects, animators and interior designers to create a web site featuring an animated virtual tour of each room and floor combined the most detailed, highly designed floor plans.
